Due to the continued spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, and the unprecedented challenges it poses to communities across the nation and around the world, the United States Women's Fly Fishing Team has continues to old off planning any events. In addition, we are waiting for updated instructions from FIPS-Mouche regarding the World Ladies Fly Fishing Championship. This decision, though difficult, was made in the best interests of the health and safety of the anglers, families, coaches, instructors, supporters, volunteers and the organizations with whom we work. The Planning Committee and the advisers of Team USA Women recognize that this makes planning difficult, is disappointing and frustrating to our fledgling Team. Please use this time to continue honing your technique, your skills, and your knowledge of the sport and competition. The risk of exposure is too great to warrant the potential for the spreading of COVID-19. Please take all precautions to protect yourself and others at this time.
